Clients may return damaged purchases within 30 days directly to the corporate offices for replacement or repair free of charge. After 30 days from the date of purchase, clients may choose to return any item for repair or replacement for a flat $10 processing fee for fashion jewelry & accessories from the Signature Series or a $20 processing fee for items from the Couture Collection. This "Lifetime Guarantee" is an excellent way for your customers to have confidence in their purchases.
Not only have we streamlined the direct selling process to a single-level, no-pressure sales support company for our members, we also offer a no-questions-asked 60 day return policy for all Moxxie Members. We will happily accept back unsold merchandise in original condition within 30 days for a full refund or within 60 days from the date of shipment for full credit towards your Moxxie account! We are confident your customers will love our jewelry; we are dedicated to helping you provide styles that fit your customer's preferences. Items returned after 60 days and within a year from the date of shipment will be credited to your account at 40% of your original member price at managements discretion. Items not returned within a year are not eligible for account credit, thank you for your understanding!
Members and clients, please email your request to returns@moxxie.biz. Moxxie Jewelry sales receipt books are available for purchase. Each duplicate receipt indicates the 30 day return policy and email address to submit return requests. Please make sure to also inform your clients of the "Lifetime Guarantee" on all items. We highly recommend every purchase is accompanied with a receipt for accurate book keeping and detailed documentation for your customers and your own records.
